Greek bailout the hand of Nazis?

Last week when I was in Brussels I came across this advertorial in the International Herald Tribune. It was promoting a theory by a Dr. Matthias Rath, who is a rather controversial person (of course). It was a full half page space so it had to be expensive. Which raises the question:



Who has so much much money to spend on informing the world about such a wild conspiracy theory? Dr. Rath himself or was this done with the help of others?

It would be interesting to know just who is funding this.
